Enrollment
The IBM zSystems On-premises Development Program is open to qualifying independent software vendors as determined by IBM in its sole discretion. Interested vendors should submit a Program Enrollment Application Form to be considered for admission. Prospective participants are encouraged to read all program information provided on this site prior to applying. Upon receipt of completed application, IBM will evaluate applicant's eligibility and communicate admission status once a determination is made.

Following admission to the program, IBM will complete a formal assessment, with input from the applicant, to assign the applicant to one of the benefit tiers described above (not applicable for zPDT option). See Assessments for details on how program criteria is evaluated. After the initial assessment, program participants have an annual opportunity to unlock additional benefits if they are able to fulfill the criteria of a higher tier.

All participants, regardless of development system type, are subject to annual certification to ensure continued compliance with program requirements.
